I have been a busy bee and below is today's fruit fresh out of the tumbler.
I like to put my pieces in a tumbler before setting the cabs because it deep cleans and hardens the silver. I don't ever put stones in there because I am afraid they'll get chipped or damaged. I finish the pieces next by oxidizing them or buffing to give them a matte finish. Lastly I set the stone....and doing it does a number on my joints and neck! It takes some elbow grease to set them just right....
